Responding to a call at approximately 12:26 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers found 27-year-old Khaalid A. Fleetwood on the second floor of the building. He was unresponsive, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and officially pronounced him dead.
Khaalid Fleetwood, a Black male, was a resident of Callowhill Street. The circumstances surrounding his death are being investigated as a homicide by the Philadelphia Police Department.
