Marquan Kellam, a 25-year-old Black male, was tragically found dead on April 16, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered in the street adjacent to the CSX railroad tracks on the 5600 block of Newtown Avenue. Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene at 1:47 p.m. and found Marquan covered by a blanket. He had been shot twice, and despite the immediate medical attention, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
