On a Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia, the discovery of a body marked the tragic end to a young life. Marquan Kellam, a 25-year-old Black male, was found deceased on April 16, 2022. His body, concealed by a blanket, was located in the street adjacent to the CSX railroad tracks on the 5600 block of Newtown Avenue.
