Arnelle Branch, a 17-year-old from the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2019. On that fateful night, police responded to 911 calls reporting gunshots at the rear of 2975 White Plains Road. Upon arrival, officers found Arnelle Branch and another victim, 21-year-old Kevin Dillard, with gunshot wounds.
