Shakia M. Allen, a 35-year-old Black woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on February 6, 2021. She was found murdered in a second-floor rear apartment on Old York Road. Alongside her, Christopher Williams, a 33-year-old Black man, was also discovered deceased in the bathroom of the same apartment. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
