In the early morning hours of March 20, 2021, the life of 39-year-old Damion Curtis, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Philadelphia. The fatal incident occurred on the 4200 block of Germantown Avenue, where Curtis was found inside a building, having been shot.
Responding to the scene at approximately 3:46 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers quickly transported Curtis to Temple University Hospital. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead that same morning.
