Shaquille Mauri Barbour, an 18-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, was fatally shot on June 6, 2021. Shaquille, known for his enterprising spirit and radiant smile, was riding his dirt bike back from picking up a hoagie at a corner store when he was shot 13 times by two gunmen in a car on the 1700 block of 68th Avenue in West Oak Lane. He was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center but was pronounced deceased at 5:00 p.m.
