In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Philadelphia, on November 30, 2021, the life of 36-year-old Darnell Corbitt, a Black male, was tragically cut short by gun violence. Corbitt was inside a silver Chrysler 300 on the 2100 block of North Lambert Street when he was shot. Despite his injuries, he managed to flee from the vehicle and sought refuge in a nearby property on the same block.
