On a cold Saturday evening in Philadelphia, on December 4, 2021, the life of 21-year-old Angel Vazquez was tragically cut short. That night, at approximately 7:37 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the 800 block of East Westmoreland Street, where they discovered Vazquez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
