Responding officers found Lyons lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Two other individuals were also victims of the shooting. A 23-year-old man was critically injured with several gunshot wounds to his chest, while a 29-year-old man was in stable condition after being shot in the hip.
