Walter L. Lyons III, a 27-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2022. He was one of three victims in a triple shooting incident that occurred on the 500 block of East Queen Lane in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. The incident took place just before 3 p.m., when neighbors reported hearing over a dozen gunshots.
