On a Tuesday evening in Philadelphia, the life of 32-year-old John ‘Shark’ Barbour, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On December 7, 2021, at approximately 6:54 p.m., Barbour was shot and killed on the 1800 block of East Lippincott Street.
