Victor Workman, a 37-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life in Philadelphia on January 31, 2022. At approximately 1:49 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the intersection of 20th Street and Cumberland Street, where they found Victor lying in the street. He was immediately placed in a patrol vehicle and transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon.
