Death by Force

Marlon Randy Diaz, a 48-year-old man from York, PA, was tragically shot and killed on March 5, 2022. The York County Coroner's Office determined that Diaz's cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds, and his manner of death was ruled a homicide. Diaz was found dead at his residence on the 600 block of Vander Avenue following a domestic disturbance. The incident was the second shooting death in York City on that day.
