scene. Despite his injuries, Cole managed to get into a black Jeep and drive away. His departure sparked a brief, high-speed chase with police who were responding to the incident. The pursuit came to an end on the Homestead Grays Bridge, where Cole's vehicle was stopped in traffic. Officers at the scene provided medical assistance to him until paramedics arrived. He was then transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
