Maurice Larnell Cole III, a 21-year-old male from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on March 8, 2022. Maurice was shot near the intersection of Frayne Street and Sabina Street in Hazelwood, Pittsburgh, just after 9:45 p.m. Following the shooting, he managed to get into a Jeep and led the police on a pursuit before stopping in the middle of traffic on the Homestead Grays Bridge.
