Timothy Skipper Jr., a 40-year-old man from Three Springs, PA, tragically died on April 3, 2022, from gunshot wounds. Skipper was involved in a confrontation with his neighbor, Cole J. Campbell, 30, which escalated into a deadly altercation. Skipper went to Campbell's residence to address an ongoing issue with Campbell driving at high speeds near Skipper's home, where Skipper's young children were present. Witnesses reported that the confrontation had always been verbal until that night.
