Korey L. Williams, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically passed away on February 10, 2013. Korey was well-known in his community as a landscaper and had attended Chester High School, where he graduated in 2008. He was also known for his skills in woodworking, which he developed at the Vocational & Technical School.
