Seth Ray-Sapp, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2019. Seth was an innocent bystander caught in a double shooting near West 10th Street and Keystone Road. He was struck twice in the chest while standing in the street and was found unresponsive in a yard. The incident occurred after 6 p.m. on Christmas night, and Seth was not the intended target of the shooting.
