On June 21, 2022, 33-year-old Jeremy Monroe Stevens was found shot and killed on the street in Pittsburgh's Fineview neighborhood. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert for multiple gunshots around 1:51 a.m. and discovered Monroe unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
