Keondre LaTron Jenkins, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2018, in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was stationed at Fort Campbell and was found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Independence Place Apartments on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Despite immediate medical attention, Jenkins succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
