Corey Hayes-Williams, a 19-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2022. Corey was shot in a vacant lot on the 800 block of East Willard Street and was found unresponsive by Philadelphia Police officers who responded to the scene at around 7:12 p.m. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Corey did not survive his injuries.
