On a cold February evening in Philadelphia, the lives of two brothers, Raheem Martin and Symir Yelverton, were tragically cut short. It was around 10:30 p.m. on February 16, 2017, in the East Mount Airy neighborhood, when gunfire erupted on the 300 block of Upsal Street.
