Raheem Martin, a 24-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed on February 16, 2017, in the East Mount Airy neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. on the 400 block of East Upsal Street. According to reports, the shooting followed a loud argument heard near the corner of East Upsal and Boyer streets. Unfortunately, the investigation did not yield any identified suspects or a clear motive for the shooting.
