Naiem M. Scruggs, a 30-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically passed away on December 9, 2022. He was found shot inside a gray 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander on Memphis Street. When police arrived at the scene, Scruggs was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
