Anrae Thomas James, a 43-year-old African American male, was a certified nursing assistant at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. On the night of October 4, 2021, he was tragically shot and killed by his coworker, Stacey Hayes, inside the hospital. James was known for his dedication to his job and his role as a loving husband and father to three children.
