David P Riffle, a 20-year-old white male, was fatally shot inside his residence at 1186 Nome Avenue in Akron, Ohio, on November 16, 1974. The incident occurred during what appeared to be a home invasion. Despite extensive investigations by the Akron Police Department, the case remains unsolved to this day.
