Marcus Anthony Glover, a 25-year-old African American male from Akron, Ohio, tragically died on August 7, 2015. Glover was killed during a home invasion when he and another suspect, Terry Tart, forced their way into the home of David Hillis. Hillis, who was 21 years old at the time, confronted the intruders and fired shots as they attempted to flee, resulting in Glover's death.

Following the incident, David Hillis was charged with voluntary manslaughter. He later entered a guilty plea and ...
