Frederick Witcher, a 49-year-old man, was tragically killed on September 25, 2011, while he was in the process of moving items out of his home in Detroit. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m. on the 10300 block of Elmira, located between Meyers Road and Wyoming Street.
