Tonda L. Fouch, a 42-year-old woman from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on August 10, 2015. She was born on April 4, 1973, to Willy Kinney and Donna Le Ford. Tonda was known for her love of family, friends, cats, and shopping. She is survived by her children, Kristin Parker and Jonathan.
