Chasmine Richardson, a 23-year-old woman from Columbus, OH, tragically died on February 16, 2019, after being shot on Loeffler Avenue. She was found by Columbus Police officers responding to a shots fired call on February 12, 2019. Richardson was lying next to her car with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Grant Medical Center with critical injuries, she did not survive.
