Charles Knapper, a 21-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2020. He was fatally shot during an altercation at his ex-girlfriend's house on East Moler Street. The incident occurred around 2 a.m., when Robert Gene Bowens Jr., confronted Knapper and his current boyfriend before allegedly shooting Knapper. Bowens fled the scene before police arrived, and Knapper was pronounced dead at the scene.
