Stephen Antonio Dukes, a 26-year-old African American man from Elyria, OH, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2016. He was fatally shot in the driveway of his Sheffield Village apartment complex. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Dukes arrived home.
