Willie Fisher, a 47-year-old man from Elyria, OH, was found shot multiple times behind a convenience store on East Avenue on July 6, 2018. Fisher, who was employed by Bruce Arnoff to clean up the area around the store, became a victim of a murder-for-hire plot. Arnoff, dissatisfied with Fisher due to drug-related issues, hired two men, Patrick Gall and John P. Sullivan, to carry out the murder.
