Lamar Marcus Capers, a 32-year-old African American man from Elyria, OH, tragically passed away on November 24, 2014. Capers was found lying in the driveway of his residence at 635 Lowell Street, having suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was the gunshot wound.
