Cedric Carter, a 31-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on November 29, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Union Club bar in Cleveland. Cedric was found lying in the street, and two individuals, Rayshawn Williams and Antwon Jones, were present at the scene. Both were questioned by the police but no weapons were found on them.
