DeSean Perkins, a 28-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on November 26, 2017. He was fatally shot inside a home on the 18000 block of Parkmount Avenue after an alleged drug deal went bad. Perkins was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries.
