Davone Wright, a 15-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2014. Davone was shot outside a party at the Word of Righteousness Family Church in Garfield Heights, Ohio. He was leaving the event when he was caught in a crossfire between two rival gang factions. The incident occurred on the night of March 15, 2014, and Davone succumbed to his injuries the following day.
