On October 16, 2020, 31-year-old Jeffrey Addy was fatally shot in Cleveland, Ohio. Following the shooting, he lost control of his vehicle, resulting in a collision with a tree in the 14000 block of Sprengel Avenue. This incident was part of a particularly violent weekend in Cleveland, during which three individuals were killed, thirteen were shot, and one was stabbed.
