On November 1, 2022, Jamil Tell Jr., a 16-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound. He was found suffering from his injuries in an apartment on Ansel Road and later succumbed to his wounds at University Hospitals.

Following the incident, Darrion Malone, a 19-year-old male, was arrested in connection with Jamil Tell Jr.'s death. Malone was charged with aggravated murder and initially barricaded himself in his home before surrenderin ...
