Delmas Pippin

Delmas Eugene Pippin, also known as "Abe," was a 38-year-old man from Youngstown, OH. He was beloved by his family and friends for his beautiful smile and laugh. Tragically, he was shot on the south side of Youngstown on July 13, 2018, and later died at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital from his injuries. His death was the city's ninth homicide of 2018.
