Mikquan "Quan" Stevens, a 19-year-old male from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically passed away on May 23, 2021. He was one of three individuals who were fatally shot near the Torch Club bar on Salt Springs Road in Youngstown. The incident occurred early Sunday morning, and Stevens was found with gunshot wounds near the bar. The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy on his body.
