Stephen Wagner, a 26-year-old man from Springfield, Ohio, tragically died on October 1, 2018, from multiple gunshot wounds at the Knights of Pythias lodge. The incident occurred early Sunday morning, and Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene. The Clark County Coroner's Office confirmed his identity and cause of death.
