Daylan Oliver Johnson, a 7-year-old boy from Springfield, Ohio, tragically died on September 3, 2014. His death was part of a devastating incident that also claimed the lives of his mother, Rachel Johnson, 32, and his older brother, Ayden Johnson, 10. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide, with Rachel Johnson shooting her sons before taking her own life.
