In the summer of 2012, a visit home to Detroit for Father’s Day ended in tragedy for 30-year-old Randolph Ramon Miggins. A former resident who had relocated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Miggins was out at Mai Tai's, a nightclub on 8 Mile Road, in the early morning hours of Monday, June 18th.
