On the evening of October 19, 2020, a dispute inside a gas station on the 9900 block of Warren in Detroit escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 31-year-old Quincy Nicen. The male victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and died from his injuries.

An argument reportedly occurred between two men inside the gas station. After Nicen, the older of the two, left the establishment, a passenger in the backseat of a tan Buick Century opened fire, striking him. The investigation ...
