Jared Windler, a 41-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on November 25, 2018, in Ashtabula, Ohio. He was involved in a hunting accident when his friend attempted to pull a loaded muzzleloader rifle up a tree using a rope. Unfortunately, the rifle discharged, and Jared was accidentally shot in the head. He was found near North Bend Road, west of State Route 45, and pronounced dead at the scene.
