Randall Cohen, a 43-year-old man from Tennessee, moved to Ashtabula, OH, in the summer of 2021 to be with his girlfriend, who is related to Nicholas T. Csehi. On February 1, 2022, Cohen was fatally shot after an argument with Csehi about a dog. The altercation began inside a house on Myrtle Avenue and escalated when they took their quarrel outside. Csehi retrieved his gun from his vehicle and shot Cohen multiple times, with the lethal shot severing Cohen's right lung and spinal cord, ultimately ...
