Keith Dennis Colly Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on May 7, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on October 7, 1996, Keith was the son of the late Keith D. Coleman and Latreicia Colly. He attended Joseph S. Clark High School and later pursued his education at the GED No Play Education Center.
