In the late hours of a Thursday night in October 2013, gunshots shattered the peace on South 6th Street in Monroe, Louisiana, leaving 37-year-old Tiant McGee critically wounded. McGee, a male resident of Monroe, was discovered outside a house with multiple gunshot wounds and rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal.
