Omar S. Gamez, a 41-year-old man from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2019. He was fatally shot outside the Grand Champion North Bar on East Dublin-Granville Road. According to witnesses, Gamez and Santos M. B. Carrillo, 52, had an altercation inside the bar that escalated when they moved outside.
