Omar S. Gamez, a 41-year-old man from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2019. He was fatally shot outside the Grand Champion North Bar on East Dublin-Granville Road. According to witnesses, Gamez and Santos M. B. Carrillo, 52, had an altercation inside the bar that escalated when they moved outside. Gamez was found shot on the sidewalk and was pronounced dead at the scene.
