Elijah Lowe, a 21-year-old Black male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2020. He was found shot multiple times outside an apartment on the 3600 block of Allendale Drive around 1:55 p.m. Witnesses reported that the suspect fired the shots from inside the building and then fled the scene. Despite the presence of several people nearby, no one came forward to assist Lowe before the police arrived.
