Lionel Adams, a 60-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 19, 2020. He was one of two victims found shot inside a home on South Wheatland Avenue in the Hilltop neighborhood. The other victim, Candace Carr, aged 41, was also found deceased at the scene. A third victim, a woman, was shot in the face but survived and managed to flag down help.
