Scotty DaMontae' “LaRocc” Slay, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2021, in Toledo, Ohio. He was fatally shot at The Wash, an after-hours bar located on the 3400 block of Monroe Street. Police were dispatched to the scene at 11:37 p.m. after receiving a report of a person shot.
